British Sea Power Lately
British Sea Power, the foursome from Brighton, England, has been keeping busy lately. Here’s a little update on the band and their most recent endeavor….
All though they will not be doing much touring over the next few months, the band is making its own soundtrack to renowned American documentary filmmaker and world traveler Robert J. Flaherty’s 1934 nonfiction, “Man of Aran”. They will be playing live at the British Film institute April 23rd, 2009. Versions of the film with the new soundtrack will be released, though details are yet to be confirmed.
So that’s what’s up with British Sea Power lately. We’ll be sure to review their soundtrack when released and touch on some of their past works.
