If you live in the San Francisco, there is a good chance you have heard of Foopee. If so, then beat it! Just kidding. For those of you who have not, Foopee is the online resource for finding the best punk and indie rock concerts in the city.
There are nights that friends and I are bored and we just go onto Foopee.com and see who’s playing that night. You’d be surprised how one overlooks great shows or forgets to write down the band’s date. That is why Foopee is great. While we go about our busy lives, it aggregates all the upcoming indie rock and punk shows in the city and lists them neatly and simply. Off Foopee I’ve seen St. Vincent, Tapes N’ Tapes, and most recently Black Kids. St. Vincent was my girlfriend and my first show together. She actually was the one who introduced me to Foopee.
